FAQ
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Prorated charges will apply immediately for upgrades.
Is there a trial for the API?
The Free plan does not include API access. For larger use cases or to evaluate the Business plan for your company, please contact sales@aliasify.app.
What happens to my aliases if I downgrade?
If you downgrade from Pro to Free, the aliases that exceed the Free plan's 3-alias limit will be paused (not deleted). They stay reserved on your account for 30 days, after which the prefixes are released back to the public pool. Custom labels are kept on every plan.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes! We offer 2 months free on all annual subscriptions.
